ADULT VOLUNTEERS ARE WHAT MAKE THE SCOUTING PROGRAM WORK
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
While Scouting is a youth-led, youth-run program, the youth must be trained to be leaders. Troop 5's ultimate goal is to provide our Scouts with a premier leadership and personal development program, and adult volunteers' help is essential. Adult role models provide an excellent learning experience for all of our scouts, as every adult volunteer has something valuable to offer.
Being an adult volunteer isn't always easy. The volunteers spend a significant amount of time to make sure the Scouting is successful.
The time invested by volunteers helps the Scouts become better citizens and better individuals, and it is WORTH IT!
There are many ways to help Troop 5!
Whether you are helping directly with our Scouts or behind the scenes, you can make a difference to the lives of Scouts and their experience by volunteering your time.
