Service Projects
Helping others is one of the most important values of Boy Scouting, and Troop 5 is active in community services. Every year since 2012, we have traveled to Tohoku to help people in need. We helped a couple whose farm had been washed away by the tsunami, and also cooked for families living in temporary housing. We plan at least one major community service project per year, and provide services to the American School on a regular basis. Read about our 2019 Tohoku project.
